Minnesota is home to the largest population of gray wolves across the continental US. It’s no coincidence our mascot for The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis, The Duke of Minneapolis, is a gray wolf. He dutifully watches as guests enjoy a kayak on one of many lakes or a leisurely stroll through the sculpture garden to view the iconic Minneapolis Spoon and Cherry. The Duke of Minneapolis has no royal rival in all the land… except perhaps, Prince!
